Led by industry veteran Dean Maier, whose 35 years of experience includes a strong focus on forestry applications, our company brings deep technical expertise and proven solutions to a wide range of industries.

Our History

In 2017, we entered a strategic partnership with DropsA S.p.A. International, acquiring a 50% ownership stake. This collaboration has positioned us as an industry leader in saw guide lubrication systems, enabling clients to reduce their water and oil consumption in daily operations. In addition to saw guide systems, we continue to offer a comprehensive suite of automated lubrication solutions tailored to your needs.

Our partnerships with leading OEMs such as Optimil Machinery, USNR and DM Manufacturing further strengthen our ability to provide integrated and innovative lubrication systems.

Our Team

At Industrial Autolube International Inc., our team is the driving force behind our success. With decades of hands-on industry experience, we bring a deep understanding of the real-world challenges faced by our clients — and we deliver practical, reliable solutions.

Dean Maier

CEO and Founder

Dean has built Industrial Autolube from the ground up. He is a extremely accomplished lubologist with years of OTJ training and practical experience. Dean has an extensive knowledge of everything lubrication, bearings, chains, sawguides, and everything in between.

Michael Marcinek

Operations Manager

Michael has worked with Industrial Autolube for 3 years. He is very mechanically inclined, and can spread the spreadsheets like a madman. Michael does everything from design and quoting to installations and more.

Taylor Campbell

Shop Manager

Taylor is the newest addition to Industrial Autolube. Husband of Chloe, he has taken the shop manager role in stride. Taylor worked in excavation supervision for years, so he has experience on different equipment, and what is takes to maintain that equipment.

Chloe Campbell

Office Coordinator

Chloe is part of the backbone team of office staff that keeps everything running smoothly. She is the shipping department, order confirmations, small quotes, and marketing on the side.

Sandy Hammel

Account manager

Sandy is also an integral part of the office backbone. She makes sure that everything is paid on time, billed properly, and takes care of payroll. As an ex teacher, she is very good at keeping the rest of us in line!

Sal Chiodo

Head Sales Representative

Sal has worked with Industrial Autolube for years, and has been the main contacts for KCB inquiries and sales. Nicknamed Ex-lax, he makes shit happen.

Ryland McNairnay

Shop Technician

Ryland is our most experienced shop technician, with years of installs and shop building under his belt. He is fantastic at assembling components, and making sure that items are ready to ship safely.

Bonnie Maier

Part Owner

Bonnie started Industrial Autolube with Dean as the account/office manager. She has now gone into semi-retirement as Sandy and Chloe have taken on her responsibilities. Bonnie still comes in to cover holidays when required.
