Grease and Oil
Reduce waste. Prevent wear. Maximize uptime with Industrial Autolube systems engineered for reliability and accuracy.
Why Automated Lubrication?
Forget “More Is Better”—Precision Is What Matters
Manual lubrication often leads to over-greasing or under-lubricating—both of which damage your equipment over time. Overfilling bearings can force out seals and invite contaminants like dirt and water. Waiting too long? That leaves metal-on-metal contact with no protection.
Automated lubrication solves both problems.
With a precisely timed and dosed application, your machinery stays protected without waste, guesswork, or downtime.
As a global partner of Dropsa, we offer a wide range of pumps, metering systems, filters, and monitoring solutions to meet your specific needs.

Single-Line Injectors
Used in many applications, total loss oil and fluid grease lubrication involves creating a thin oil-film between moving parts which is renewed at regular intervals by an automated lubrication system.
Single line injectors, DL32 or DL33 injectors are ideal for precise machinery lubrication in single-line automatic systems. Designed to optimize lubricant delivery, they help reduce overall consumption and maintenance costs while ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

Series Progressive
The Progressive Divider distributes the flow of a pump into separate 'progressive outlets' by the use of a progressive spool arrangement. Positive lubrication feedback for all of the points can be achieved by monitoring one outlet with a cycle sensor.
The modular concept allows for the quick replacement of an element without interrupting the work cycle.
This solution is suitable for small, medium and large sized machines that require a total control of plant operations
SMX and nPR+ dividers are used on both oil and grease systems, on critical equipment that requires lubrication monitoring.
We primarily utilize Dropsa's Bravo Pump to supply grease or oil for divider valves, and we use the Ultrasensor 2 for monitoring to keep your operations moving smoothly.

SMA Series Progressive
The SMA operates similarly to the SMX progressive divider but incorporates compressed air to create a fine air/oil mist. This makes it ideal for precise and efficient lubrication of chains, especially in high-speed or high-temperature environments where traditional methods are less effective.
We primarily utilize Dropsa's Bravo Pump, and Ultrasensor 2 for monitoring. For larger systems we have used our Single or Dual zone control panels.

Dual-Line
The Dual Line Modular design pioneered by DropsA allows easy configuration and expansion of the system. Active components can be substituted during maintenance without the need to disrupt the interconnecting pipe-work.
This type of grease or oil lubrication system is suitable for industry with large machines and many lubrication points: iron and steel industry, cement plants, platforms, large cranes and cargo handling equipment.
We have used Dropsa's Barrel pumps, and Mini-sumo II pumps in these applications.

Single and Dual Zone Control Panels
Built and designed in house, our single and dual zone control panels allow for multiple systems to be run from a single bulk pump. Each station controls it's own lubrication system that can be monitored and run remotely, while using a common pump.
This also increases the capacity of the system, for applications that require a bit more grease or oil.
We have used Dropsa's Barrel pumps, and Mini-sumo II pumps in these applications.

Bravo pump
This compact industrial pump is suitable for both oil and grease applications, with multiple reservoir capacity options and support for various voltage configurations. Designed for both stationary industrial installations and mobile equipment, it is available with or without an integrated controller to suit different system requirements.
The Bravo pump offers flexible, reliable performance across a wide range of applications.

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Barrel Pumps
These powerful and robust pumps are designed for high-pressure transfer of
low-viscosity oil (IPO), medium-viscosity oil (PPO), and high-viscosity oil/grease (IPG) over both short and long distances. Suitable for use with drums, kegs, and tanks, they provide continuous flow for demanding lubrication and fluid transfer applications.

Sumo II
The SUMO II and Mini-SUMO II electric pumps are engineered for medium to large-scale lubrication systems handling both oil and grease up to NLGI grade 2. Capable of serving multiple lubrication points over distances up to 60 meters, it is ideal for use on large industrial machinery operating in harsh environments. Featuring dual pumping elements for redundancy, these pumps ensure continuous, reliable lubrication even in demanding conditions.

Lubricant Viscosity Analysis
All greases and oils serve a similar purpose, but they come in various types for different applications. We conduct K-factor analysis to ensure your machine uses the correct type and right amount of grease and/or oil, and retains the correct film separation for components.
This is one of the most important, and most overlooked components of automated lubrication systems, and is vital to efficient machine operations.
